By using our services, you represent that:

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging MyRemoteTeam agree to:

• •Provide clear job descriptions, expectations, and work arrangements.
• •Comply with all applicable employment laws and tax regulations.
• •Not directly solicit or hire professionals without prior notification and agreement with MyRemoteTeam (unless allowed per contract).

4. Candidate Representation

All candidates provided by MyRemoteTeam:

• •Are subject to availability and acceptance by the client.
• •Undergo vetting and screening based on industry practices, but we do not guarantee suitability or performance.
• •May be replaced or withdrawn under specific circumstances defined in individual agreements.

5. Fees and Payments

• •Fees vary by service type and are outlined in individual service agreements or rate cards.
• •Payment terms are typically Net-30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• •Late payments may attract interest or service suspension.

6. Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Specific Terms

• •Clients may hire the contractor full-time after a predefined period or upon mutual agreement.
• •A conversion fee may apply unless waived through contract terms.
• •Early conversion before the agreed term may attract additional charges.

7. On-Demand Hiring Terms

• •Professionals are assigned on a per-project or hourly basis.
• •Scope of work, duration, and deliverables must be mutually agreed before project start.
• •Project changes or extensions may require written approval and revised billing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during engagement, including but not limited to resumes, business plans, and internal processes.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

• •All work output produced by professionals for clients shall be the sole property of the client.
• •MyRemoteTeam retains no rights to work product unless specified by contract.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice and subject to notice periods defined in agreements. Obligations accrued up to the termination date shall remain binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRemoteTeam shall not be liable for:

• •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• •Performance issues arising from miscommunication or misuse of services.
• •Any disputes between clients and professionals outside of our direct involvement.

12. Modifications

MyRemoteTeam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through email or platform notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
